DNAngel Exhibition Diaries by Triball were originally released and sold at the DNAngel Exhibition held at the Marui City Store in Yokohama in May 2021, and later released on the Marui Web Channel's online anime shop for mail order, as well as resold at the other exhibitions. This diary notebook has an elegant design featuring the DNAngel Exhibition logo on both the cover and in the corner of the ruled pages, along with the rabbit mascot With/Wiz on the inside pages. There are 25 pages inside, which can fit up to 50 entries. The deluxe version has a protective plastic cover with black feathers on it. It was created to commemorate the completion of Sugisaki's long time and internationally beloved manga work after 24 years.
