Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We accept returns if products have not been opened or used. Most item(s) may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the shipment receipt date.
Due to health and hygienic concerns, we will not accept returns or exchanges of all cosmetic and skin care items including makeup foundation, lotion, shampoo gel, body cream, body gel, shaving cream.
Please email us to initiate the return process and for return address. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition including all original packaging that you received it. When you contact our customer service team, please provide your order number so we can serve you better.
Buyer is responsible for the return postage. Any shipping cost that buyer pay to return the product will not be refunded unless the initial error was made by our Company.
All returns will have a non refundable return processing and handling fee of $4.95 per transaction for small, miniature or sample item and $8.95 per transaction for regular or heavy size item. An additional 15% restocking fee will also apply to all returns including Undelivered due to partial missing info or insufficient address, Unclaimed, Refused or returned item that has been opened and shows signs of used. The return processing, handling and restocking fees will be assessed and deducted from total before final reimbursement of refund is issued.
If the item has been damaged, we will not be able to accept your return.
Trackable shipping method is recommended for all the returns. We will not be held responsible for packages that do not arrive.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you and will credit you a refund of the total you paid for the returned item less any applicable discount or coupon and any return processing fees as stated in this policy. Your refund will be processed and credited to you in the method that you used to pay for the original purchase.
** Note: Depend on your bank or credit card company, it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted. Please contact us if you have any problem, we will try our best to help solving the issue.
