DNAngel Drama CD ~Unchanging IDEAL~ by Animate was released in conjunction with the Yukiru Sugisaki Exhibition, which was held in January and March 2024. The cast and producers posted commentary about the drama CD leading up to its release. Animate had opened pre-orders in March, and after a delay, the drama CD was released with two editions: the normal first press edition, and the limited edition version which included a small acrylic board bonus item. They were only made available for purchase during the pre-order period, and there have been no restocks or notices of re-releases since then, so these are considered discontinued items!

This CD contains 3 tracks in Japanese, with a run time of approximately 53 minutes. The cast of the 2003 DNAngel anime make their return as their beloved characters for this drama CD, with the addition of a new Hikari Art character, "Idea", played by Yūki Sakakihara! Sugisaki supervised the story and did the art for the cover.
